(A)crypsis® UNDERWEAR
IDOLOMANTIS STRUCTURE BOXER BRIEF 3-PACK — BASIC VERSION
For the first (A)crypsis® UNDERWEAR collection, we didn’t start with a standard underwear pattern and simply add a logo. We started over from the layer closest to the body.
From the fabric and pattern construction to the waistband, front and back rise, leg opening proportions, and every seam that comes into direct contact with the skin, each element has been developed from the ground up.
For this collection, we also reinterpreted one of the brand’s signature design languages — IDOLOMANTIS — for underwear.
The curved structures originally developed for outerwear have been scaled down and integrated directly into the boxer brief pattern. These lines are not decorative topstitching; they are structural seams that actively shape the fit, support, and freedom of movement.
Even at the innermost layer, we wanted it to remain unmistakably (A)crypsis®, even without the logo.
FABRIC
91% Modal
9% Spandex
Instead of the conventional cotton commonly used for basic underwear, we chose a high percentage of Modal blended with 9% Spandex.

What matters to us is not only how comfortable it feels the first time you put it on, but how well it maintains the stretch, fit, and comfort the body needs through everyday movement and repeated wear and washing.
IDOLOMANTIS STRUCTURE
The curved panel construction at the front continues the brand’s signature IDOLOMANTIS design language.
Rather than being decorative lines applied to the surface, these curves are integrated into the actual pattern construction, redistributing space around the front rise and legs to accommodate the body in motion.
The back is intentionally kept relatively clean, allowing the fabric to stretch naturally over the body.
Structural Support × Freedom of Movement × Flexible Fit
SPECIAL STITCH
Every IDOLOMANTIS structural seam is constructed using a highly elastic stitching method specifically suited for garments worn close to the skin.
The seams stretch together with the fabric, reducing rigid tension during movement. Seam thickness and bulk are also kept to a minimum to reduce discomfort during prolonged contact with the skin.

CUSTOM WOVEN WAISTBAND
The waistband is not a standard elastic band with a logo printed on top.
The (A)crypsis® logo is woven directly into the elastic waistband itself.
The black base and subtle, low-contrast logo also extend the concept behind Crypsis — camouflage and concealment.
The waistband proportions have been redesigned and raised.
We don’t believe underwear always needs to stay hidden beneath clothing.
When a small section of the waistband naturally appears above jeans, tailored trousers, or low-rise pants, it becomes part of the styling — much like a belt, socks, or an accessory.
SKIN-FRIENDLY LABEL
We also reconsidered how size and care information should be presented.
Instead of printing large amounts of information directly onto the garment, we developed a softer label specifically suited for clothing worn against the skin.
