The brand deconstructs and interweaves the delicate straps, mesh structures and enveloping curves once worn close to the skin, transforming them into an exposed skeletal layer. No longer hidden beneath clothing, this structure works with the fabric panels to define the top’s form.
An exoskeleton need not be rigid. It can be formed from the most intimate, supple lines.
Narrow straps begin to intersect at the neckline, leaving small openings between skin and fabric before extending towards the centre of the garment. Openwork of varying densities alternates with solid black panels, tracing the relationship between chest and waist while allowing coverage and transparency to coexist.
Here, the interweaving is not a motif applied to the surface, but a visible language of construction. Some lines lie against the fabric; others span the gaps, drawing the eye between concealment and revelation.
